* We are a B2C business providing assistance to people with past criminal histories in erasing their criminal records and rehabilitating.
* We work with several government agencies to help such people come back to a normal life style and be a part of the society once again after they have rehabilitated.
ABOUT THE POSITION
* We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to join our growing team.
* You must possess strong organizational and time management skills to qualify for this position.
* Previous phone sales and customer service experience is a PLUS.
POSITION DETAILS:
* Full time position only.
* No cold calling is involved in this position.
* Paid training is provided.
* Base hourly salary + Bonuses (Base salary will be set according to your previous job experience)
* This is an inside/office job. We are located at Stockdale Hwy & California Ave.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Proficiency with internet, ability to search and organize information online, MS Office WORD and MS OUTLOOK (MS Excel not required but a PLUS)
* Strong time management skills
* Strong customer service skills, phone etiquette and ability to focus on your job responsibilities.
* Proficiency with ENGLISH language & ability to differentiate & organize between PST, CST & EST (time zones)
* You must be eligible to work in the United States. We may require Criminal Record / Drug check.
