We are looking for a land owner carry papers on 5 acres or more. Payment must reasonable so I can save for a down payment to get financing later or if owner willing to carry papers long term. It doesnt need to have a house on it, but water must be available somehow. Zoning Residential, Agriculture would be great but not mandatory. We have great references and the finances to be reliable steady income for you. We need it for our animals and we need to it for other hobbies and will hopefully build a house on it in the not so far future, but would want to place a large metal shop it as soon as possible. It would be awesome if it had out buildings on it and power too!
