Pit Bull Terrier - Large - Young - Male - Dog - Tyler
Description
Tyler is a 5 or 6 month old pup that was found wandering the streets on one of the hottest days of the summer. He had almost no hair due to sarcoptic mange and had scabs all over his little body. He was also very emaciated. Lucky for him he was found by a good Samaritan, who rushed Tyler to ourclinic after hours and we took him in. After our vet looked at him due to his poor condition he was almost euthanized but he was such a sweet boy no one wanted that to happen to him. After he was diagnosed with mange we started treatment only for him to fall very ill days later. We pulled him through another crisis yet again. Now he is a happy healthy puppy..And very loved by everyone here at VMC. Unfortunate we are all at our maximum limit of pets and now it is time to find Tyler a home of his very own. Also Tyler is good with kids, though he'd probably knock little ones over, He is good with Cats though he is a little too Rowdy for most of them.. and he is good with dogs though we had one incident of cage fighting with a pair of pitbulls that were boarding here. But every other dog he has met he's been fine with so I assume they started it.. He is a good dog he just needs some attention and training that he's not getting here.. Tyler is up to date on all vaccines, including bordetella and rabies. He has been neutered and is ready to go. He is if not all , mostly American Pit Bull Terrier. He has turned out to be a very handsome boy though you would not have guessed that if you would have seen the pathetic pup that showed up at our doorstep. He needs an experienced dog owner who is ready to start training. He will need lots of exercise.
