Our company is currently seeking people to maintain Bank owned properties in the Stockton / Modesto areas. We are looking for people who can do lawn care, haul away debris from property, board ups, re-key, and lock changes and interior clean of property.
To qualify for position you must have the following skills &/or Requirements:
-Minimum of 1 – 2 years experience in working in property preservation a must
-Must be experienced with maintaining bank owned properties and have a thorough knowledge of HUD & FHA guidelines, including identifying conveyance conditions
-Contractor’s license with general liability & workers comp insurance for your employees.
-Computer literate – able to communicate via email; submit photos/invoicing/bids via a zip file.
-Ability to provide bids for repairs
-Be willing to conduct property inspections on all bid and repair orders
-Must have work completed & sent into the office on or before the scheduled due dates on all work orders (including full wo’s and bids) with photos & necessary paperwork (invoice or bid), this includes weekends.

-Your own equipment (truck, lawn equipment, and/or trailer for hauling)
