This piano is in excellent condition mechanically, all the keys, hammers, mutes and action in general are in extremely good condition. The sound and action are wonderful. 
The finish shows normal wear for a used piano and some one has used the top for a place to put their coffee mug or some such thing. There are a couple rings in the finish from this. All the wood is in very very good condition though and the finish could be repaired if desired.  The bench is included and is also strong and in good shape. It has been recovered at least once. Other that needing tuning it is in excellent condition. This will make a great "First Piano" or a wonderful instrument for a student.
